- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during Tet holidays will be processed from 4:00 PM on the Monday two weeks later or the first working day after the public holiday or Tet holiday.
- Please inspect the goods upon delivery by the courier. If there are any issues related to type, quality, or quantity that do not match the order, please notify us for coordination with the courier for resolution.

D. Order Changes or Cancellation:
- Customers can change or cancel orders in the following situations:
